Kino MacGregor

 

In October of 2012 I met Kino at the Karma Burning workshop at the Coppertone building on Biscayne Blvd, where we learned all about Mulabandha. I was so impressed I made the decision to follow in the lineage of Ashtanga Yoga. In May 2013 I was enrolled in her week long "Old Shala Style" workshop with only 12 students and 2 teachers. In January 2014 I went to her 2 week retreat at Purple Valley in Goa on my first trip to India. I also completed the Miami Life Center 2014 200 hour Ashtanga Intensive led by Kino. KinoYoga.com
